ISO 9001

ISO 9001

The ISO 9001 regulation for Quality management systems - Requirements defines the requirements of a management system for the quality of an organization. The expressed requirements are of a general nature and can be implemented by any type of organization; last revision in September 2015.

ISO 9001 is the reference regulation for those who want to subject their own production process to a cyclical quality control, starting from the definition of the requirements, expressed and not, of the customers, arriving as far as monitoring the whole productive process.

The customer and its satisfaction are at the center of the ISO 9001; each activity, application and monitoring of the activities/processes is indeed aimed at determining the maximum satisfaction of the ultimate user. The application phases of the regulation start from the definition of the procedures and registrations for each single process or macro-process identified within the business organization.
